Here is the question of a School for British Kowloon again.
A Chinese, resident in the Colony, now offers to build the school provided that Govt grants the site & undertakes to carry on the establishment. I suppose this generous offer should be accepted but there are several points which are not clear to me.
(1) I gather from Dr Wright's Memorandum that though the School will be in theory open to children of every race & religion, provided they pay the fees, it will as a matter...
